Return & Exchange

If you not satisfied or change of mind, you can get refund within 3 days after receiving your item without any deduction. Item has to be its original condition without alteration together with original invoice and buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

For item purchased within 1 year and in showroom condition, there is a deduction of 20%.

For item purchased within 2 years and in reusable condition, deduction will be 30%.

For item purchased within 3 years & above and in reusable condition, there is a deduction of 40%.

Additional repair charges may apply on top of the percentage upon inspection of item.

Customized products cannot be returned or refunded.

Sgeshopmm reserves the right to reject any item for returns or refund.

 

Exchange

We offer exchanges within 3 days of purchase and only one-time exchange.  Original invoice needs to be presented and item has to be its original condition with free gift if any.  Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

Exchanged item has to be of similar or higher value. The balance amount will not be refunded if the exchange item’s value is lower than original purchased item’s value. Customized product is not allowed to exchange.
